Any acknowledgments (if provided) are non-cash, discretionary gestures of appreciation and are not intended to influence any client’s decision to recommend Sheppard Mosher. From time to time, Sheppard Mosher may, in its discretion, acknowledge certain introductions with non-cash, nominal gestures of appreciation, such as invitations to educational events that may include a modest meal. Any such gesture is not guaranteed, is not promoted in advance, and is not contingent upon the opening of an account, the transfer of assets, or any investment decision. Any gesture is subject to firm policies and applicable regulations, including supervision and recordkeeping requirements.
